GSI Pinnacle Soloist

This was the first pot we bought.  It is listed as a solo cook-set but Richard and I use it for a dual kit because frankly we don’t need two of everything.  this kit comes with a 1.1 liter Teflon pot with a plastic lid with built in strainer, a 14 fluid ounce insulated mug, and a telescoping spork.  It weights 10.8 ounces altogether which just seems like so much weight to me now.  Putting the weight aside, it is an awesome kit.  The pot is a great size and works really well.  The no stick surface works and makes it easy to clean on the trail.  The folding handle works well to hold the lid in place for transport but it can be sticky to fold after a good bit of use.  The mug works as a mug and a bowl and the lid from the pot flips over and works as a snap on lid for the mug.  The utensil folds up really small and is a good length to go with the pot.  Over all it’s a sweet little pot set if you don’t mind how heavy it is.
